Sending Emergency Request
If you need immediate assistance during an emergency, you can send an emergency request using the VisAct platform. Follow the steps below to quickly send your request.
Steps to Send an Emergency Request

Click the Profile Icon:
- Start by clicking on the Profile Icon located at the top right corner of the screen.

Click the SEND NOW in Emergency Section:
- Locate the Emergency section and click SEND NOW to begin the emergency request process.

Click the Microphone Icon:
- Tap on the Microphone Icon to start recording your emergency request. If it does not start automatically, this step is crucial for sending a voice request.

Allow Permissions:
- If prompted, click Allow to grant access to your location and microphone. This is necessary for capturing accurate details of your emergency situation.

Add the Location Manually (If Needed):
- Check if the location on the map is accurate. If not, manually add the correct location. The system will attempt to fetch your location automatically, but adjustments may be necessary.

Click the SEND:
- After reviewing your request and ensuring all information is correct, click the SEND button to dispatch your emergency request immediately.
These steps ensure that your emergency request is sent promptly, allowing the appropriate authorities to respond quickly to your situation.
