Resetting Password

If you forget your VisAct password or need to change it, you can reset it using the following steps. Instructions are provided for the web and mobile platforms.

Platforms

  1. Web
  2. Android
    • Open the VisAct app on your Android device.
  3. iOS (Coming Soon)
    • Open the VisAct app on your iOS device once it's available.

Process

  1. Go to the Password Reset Page:

  2. Choose Authentication Method:

    • Select SMS to receive an OTP via your associated mobile number.
    • Choose Email if you have added and verified your email address.
  3. Enter Your Email Address or Mobile Number:

    • Input the email address or mobile number associated with your VisAct account.
    • Click Send OTP
    • Ensure you have access to the email account or mobile number, as the OTP will be sent there.
  4. Check Your Email or SMS:

    • Look for an email from VisAct to receive your OTP, or check your mobile number for the OTP.
  5. Set a New Password:

    • Choose a strong, unique password to enhance your account's security.
  6. Verify OTP:

    • Enter the OTP that you have received.
  7. Sign In with New Password:

    • After successfully resetting your password, return to the VisAct login page or open the VisAct app.
    • Log in using your new password.
  8. Troubleshooting:

    • If you don’t receive the password reset email or SMS, verify that the email address or mobile number you entered is correct.
    • If issues persist, contact VisAct support for further assistance.

Once you've reset your password, you can access your VisAct account with your new credentials.
