Signing In

After creating your VisAct account, you'll need to sign in to access the platform's features. Below are step-by-step instructions for signing in on the web, Android, and iOS platforms.

Platforms​

  1. Web
  2. Android
    • Open the VisAct app on your Android device.
  3. iOS (Coming Soon)
    • Open the VisAct app on your iOS device once it's available.

Process​

  1. Enter Your Credentials:

    • Enter the mobile number (you may use your email address if you have added it) and password you used during the signup process.

  2. Choose Language:

    • Select your preferred language (Tamil, Sinhala, or English) for the interface.

  3. Optional: Remember Me:

    • Check the "Remember Me" option if you'd like the platform to keep you signed in on the current device.

  4. Click Sign In:

    • Tap or click the "Sign In" button to log in to your account.

Once signed in, you're ready to fully explore and utilize the VisAct platform!
