Writing New Report
To report an issue on the VisAct platform, follow these steps to create and submit a new report.
Steps to Create and Submit a Report

Click on the New Report Button:
- Locate and click on the New Report button to start the report creation process.

Upload or Drag and Drop Photos:
- You can upload photos related to the issue by either dragging and dropping them into the upload area or using the upload button to select files from your device.

Enter the Title of the Problem:
- Provide a clear and concise title that summarizes the issue you are reporting.

Briefly Explain the Problem in the Body:
- Write a detailed description of the problem in the body section. Include any relevant details to help others understand the issue better.

Choose the Stakeholders to Report To:
- Select the relevant stakeholders who need to be informed about this issue.

Select the DS Division:
- Choose the DS Division that is relevant to the issue being reported.

Select the GN Division:
- Select the GN Division that pertains to the reported problem.

Add the Location of the Issue:
- Provide the location where the issue has occurred. This can be done by choosing the location on the map.

Stay Anonymous (Optional):
- If you prefer not to reveal your identity, check the option to stay anonymous.

For Sensitive Information Reporting:
- If your report contains sensitive information, make sure to indicate this so that appropriate measures can be taken to handle the information securely.

Submit the Report:
- Review your report to ensure all information is correct. Click Submit to send the report to the selected stakeholders and relevant divisions.
Once submitted, your report will be reviewed, and appropriate actions will be taken based on the information provided.
